  5. Ensure effective cleaning and sanitizing of the workplace
  6. Develop a return to work plan for employees who have been sick, have been self-isolating or who have been self-quarantining
  7. Ensure compliance with the requirements by your employees
    1. Coaching
    2. Discipline if necessary
    3. Monitor compliance
